Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts across web and mobile platforms
- Document defects using JIRA with precise steps to reproduce
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Validate UI/UX consistency and performance benchmarks
- Conduct regression testing for product updates
- Maintain test case documentation and metrics
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
