Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and scripts for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and validate solutions
- Perform manual and automated testing (Selenium, Cypress) across multiple platforms
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for product improvements
- Maintain and update test documentation and quality standards
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with web/mobile applications
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
