Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA/TestRail with clear severity levels
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to validate requirements
- Perform regression testing on complex financial transaction systems
- Develop test cases from technical specifications and user stories
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives)
- Maintain test environments and data integrity
- mentor junior QA team members
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience in SaaS/financial tech
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Knowledge of SQL for data validation
- Certified Tester Foundation (CTFL) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
