Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate testing workflows using Selenium, Cypress, and industry-leading CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document defects in JIRA
- Lead QA strategy for mobile and web applications across multiple platforms
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish quality benchmarks
- Analyze test data to drive product improvements and user experience enhancements
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA testing experience with SaaS applications
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and QA best practices
- Experience with mobile testing (iOS/Android) and responsive web design
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Certified QA Engineer (ISTQB) or equivalent industry certification
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
