- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead defect triage sessions and drive resolution with development teams
- Implement and maintain QA frameworks for web/mobile applications
- Document test cases and quality metrics using JIRA/TestRail
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases
- Champion QA best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS/web applications
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong SQL skills for database testing and validation
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of mentoring junior QA engineers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
