Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for web and mobile applications
- Automate regression tests using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD integration
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and prioritize critical issues
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs
- Document test cases, procedures, and quality metrics in Confluence
- Mentor junior QA engineers and implement best practices
- Conduct performance, security, and usability testing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA testing experience with SaaS applications
- Proficiency in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Expertise in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail)
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification in ISTQB or similar is a plus
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
