Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Python to accelerate QA cycles
- Collaborate with developers to identify and document defects using JIRA and Confluence
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions with key stakeholders
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for product improvements
- Maintain and enhance test documentation frameworks
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA/testing experience with 2+ years in automation
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Postman)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and agile methodologies
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
