Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for cloud-based applications using Selenium, Cypress, and JIRA
- Lead automation framework development with Python/Cypress, reducing regression time by 40%
- Collaborate with Agile teams to define acceptance criteria and drive quality metrics
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical defects, implementing preventive measures
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion continuous improvement initiatives
- Validate security protocols and compliance requirements (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines with automated testing integration
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with enterprise SaaS applications
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and scripting languages
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and test-driven development
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB Advanced Level certification
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and defect tracking systems
