Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Automate testing workflows using Selenium, Cypress, and industry-leading CI/CD pipelines
- Lead defect lifecycle management in JIRA with clear documentation and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality gates and release criteria
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best testing practices across departments
- Conduct exploratory testing and usability validation for complex enterprise applications
- Implement performance testing strategies using LoadRunner and JMeter
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes and tooling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA testing with 2+ years in automation frameworks
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and Python/Java for test automation
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and test management platforms
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC processes
- Experience with performance testing tools (LoadRunner, JMeter) and security testing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certifications in ISTQB or similar QA methodologies preferred
