Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress to accelerate release cycles
- Collaborate with product teams to define quality metrics and KPIs
- Document defects in JIRA with detailed reproduction steps and severity ratings
- Lead QA initiatives for new feature releases and major updates
- Mentor junior QA staff on best practices and emerging testing tools
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical bugs and drive preventive solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA testing with SaaS applications
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Proficiency in SQL for database validation and API testing (Postman)
- Certified Agile/Scrum Master or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Familiarity with accessibility testing standards (WCAG 2.1)
