Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 150+ endpoints
- Provide Tier 1 support for Windows/macOS environments and Microsoft 365
- Assist with network administration tasks including VLAN configuration
- Document incidents and solutions using ServiceNow ticketing system
- Collaborate with security team on patch management and compliance
- Participate in quarterly infrastructure upgrade projects
- Train on Azure cloud services and hybrid networking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
- Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional site visits
