Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear reproducible steps
- Automate regression tests using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with Agile teams during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Conduct performance, security, and usability testing
- Maintain test documentation and improve QA processes
- Train junior QA staff on testing methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS applications
- Expertise in manual and automated testing (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail)
- Proficiency in SQL and API testing (Postman)
- BS in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Remote work experience preferred
