Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for web/mobile applications
- Automate regression tests using Selenium/Cypress and Python
- Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA with detailed reproduction steps
- Perform manual and automated testing across multiple browsers and devices
- Collaborate with developers to resolve critical issues in sprints
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new feature releases
- Maintain and improve QA documentation and test frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA testing experience in SaaS/fintech
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with performance and security testing tools
- Proficiency in SQL and REST API testing
- Certified QA Engineer (CSTE) or equivalent preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
