Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Appium
- Develop and execute test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines with automated test suites
- Analyze complex software systems to identify potential vulnerabilities and quality gaps
- Maintain and enhance test documentation, bug tracking systems, and quality metrics
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for testing methodologies
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- 3+ years of experience in QA automation with proven expertise in JavaScript/Python
- Proficiency with testing tools: Selenium, Postman, JIRA, TestRail, and Jenkins
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and vulnerability testing methodologies
- Experience testing RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred
