Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and quality gates
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity metrics
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution and reporting
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and user experience issues
- Mentor junior QA engineers and share testing best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools
- Strong programming skills in Python/Java/JavaScript
- Familiarity with API testing (REST/SOAP) using Postman or SoapUI
- Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and CI/CD pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB certification or equivalent quality assurance credentials
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact testing solutions
