Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test automation strategies using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright frameworks
- Lead API testing initiatives with Postman and JMeter for microservices architecture
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitLab for continuous testing integration
- Develop performance/load testing scripts using JMeter and k6 for 10M+ user systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test cases and quality metrics
- Maintain test documentation and defect tracking in Jira and Confluence
- Drive test automation roadmap improvements with 30% annual efficiency gains
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA automation with 3+ years in fintech or regulated industries
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python for test scripting
- Hands-on experience with cloud testing environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- ISTQB Advanced Level certification or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
- Experience with mobile automation (Appium) and cross-browser testing
- Track record of reducing defect escape rates by 40%+
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
