Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track business performance
- Present findings to leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations
- A/B test hypotheses and validate statistical significance for strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling experience with experimental design
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
