Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Appium
- Lead end-to-end testing cycles for complex web/mobile applications
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate CI/CD pipelines with QA processes
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices and emerging technologies
- Analyze test metrics and optimize testing strategies for 95%+ coverage
- Document test cases and maintain comprehensive QA documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software QA with 3+ years in automation
- Expertise in Java/Python and testing frameworks (JUnit, pytest)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA credential
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Proven track record in API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
