Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Appium
- Collaborate with development teams to identify defects early in SDLC
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitLab CI for automated testing
- Analyze test metrics and provide actionable insights to product stakeholders
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish testing best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience acceptable)
- Expertise in automation testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Proficiency in programming languages: Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Xray)
- Familiarity with API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent
