Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a knack for language and logic to optimize our AI workflows. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure our AI models deliver accurate, safe, and high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Develop, test, and refine complex prompt strategies for GPT-4, Claude, and other state-of-the-art LLMs.
- Evaluation: Analyze AI outputs to identify biases, factual errors, or hallucinations and implement corrective measures.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and product managers to define AI behavior, user interaction flows, and conversational design.
- Documentation: Create and maintain a comprehensive library of reusable prompt templates, personas, and best practices documentation.
- Research: Stay updated on the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and apply new techniques to improve our systems.
- Feedback Loops: Establish continuous feedback loops to improve model performance based on real-world user interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in copywriting, technical writing, content strategy, or a related field.
- Technical Aptitude: Deep understanding of how Large Language Models work and how to effectively "speak" their language.
- Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in using tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, or similar generative AI platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot, debug, and fine-tune AI interactions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related field (equivalent experience is accepted).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
