Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI tools.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing to measure the effectiveness of different prompt strategies and refine outputs accordingly.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt engineering best practices into product workflows.
- Create and maintain a scalable library of high-quality prompt templates for various use cases.
- Analyze user feedback loops to iterate on prompt structures and improve model accuracy and safety.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and apply new methodologies to our projects.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in copywriting, creative writing, or technical writing, with a specific focus on AI/ML contexts.
- Deep understanding of how LLMs function, including tokenization, context windows, and temperature settings.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript (experience with libraries like LangChain is a strong plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
