Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompts for enterprise-level AI systems including GPT-4, Claude, and custom models

- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize output quality and efficiency
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt solutions into production AI workflows
- Monitor and refine prompt performance using analytics and user feedback loops
- Stay current with emerging AI model capabilities and prompt engineering techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing prompts for production AI systems
- Expertise in natural language processing and semantic understanding
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and performance metrics
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt engineering projects and outcomes
