Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices on AWS/GCP
- Lead code reviews and enforce CI/CD best practices
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through pair programming
- Optimize database performance for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements
- Contribute to open-source projects used by 50K+ developers
Qualifications
- 5+ years of production-level software development experience
- Expert proficiency in Go/Python and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and Kubernetes
- Proven track record of shipping enterprise-grade SaaS products
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Strong background in testing-driven development (TDD)
