Responsibilities
- Design and optimize prompt architectures for enterprise-scale LLM deployments
- Develop test frameworks to evaluate prompt efficacy across 50+ use cases
- Collaborate with AI research teams to align prompts with model capabilities
- Create documentation libraries for prompt engineering best practices
- Train cross-functional teams on prompt optimization techniques
- Analyze performance metrics to iterate prompt effectiveness
- Lead prompt security audits for ethical AI deployment
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering or NLP role with portfolio
- Expertise in GPT-4, Claude, and Llama 2 ecosystems
- Proficiency in Python and prompt frameworks like LangChain
- Strong understanding of transformer architecture principles
- Certification in AI/ML from AWS, Google, or Microsoft
- Experience with A/B testing for prompt variations
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
