Responsibilities
- Prompt Architecture: Design complex prompt templates and workflows to guide LLM behavior effectively.
- Model Optimization: Continuously iterate on prompts to improve accuracy, relevance, and safety of AI responses.
- A/B Testing: Implement rigorous testing protocols to compare prompt variations and measure performance metrics.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation and libraries of effective prompts for internal engineering teams.
- Feedback Loops: Analyze user feedback and error logs to refine model interactions and user experience.

Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Technical Writing, with a specific focus on AI/ML.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python and experience working with APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Skills: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and transformer architectures.
