- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI outputs with business objectives
- Create documentation and training materials for prompt best practices
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and integrate new capabilities into prompt strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or AI model interaction design
- Expertise with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and fine-tuning methodologies
- Strong technical writing skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Background in machine learning, NLP, or computational linguistics preferred
