- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through prompt optimization
- Research emerging prompt engineering techniques and industry benchmarks
- Train cross-functional teams on prompt design principles and implementation
- Monitor and mitigate prompt injection vulnerabilities and ethical risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP model interaction design
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
- Expertise in Python and prompt engineering frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Deep understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in prompt performance measurement
