Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex prompt strategies for Large Language Models (LLMs) including GPT-4, Claude, and Llama.
- Conduct A/B testing and iterative refinement of prompts to maximize model accuracy and output quality.
- Analyze model outputs to identify biases, hallucinations, and areas for improvement in the prompt structure.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Product Managers to integrate AI capabilities into existing software solutions.
- Create comprehensive documentation and guidelines for prompt engineering best practices across the organization.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends and integrate new technologies into our workflow.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Writing, Linguistics, or Software Engineering with a focus on NLP.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow) is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and advanced prompt engineering methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to think critically and creatively when solving ambiguous problems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
