Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompts to optimize Large Language Model (LLM) performance and accuracy.
- Analyze model outputs to identify weaknesses and iterate on prompt structures for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into effective AI strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt variations to determine the most effective approaches.
- Maintain a library of best practices and prompt templates for the engineering team.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and AI to implement cutting-edge techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Prompt Engineer or similar role in AI/ML development.
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar, tone, and rhetorical devices.
