Responsibilities
- Model Optimization: Design, refine, and test complex prompts to maximize the performance and accuracy of Generative AI models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama).
- System Design: Develop and maintain prompt libraries and frameworks to ensure consistency in AI interactions across various applications.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct rigorous A/B testing, benchmarking, and feedback loops to evaluate model outputs and iteratively improve prompt strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and Developers to integrate AI capabilities into end-user products seamlessly.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation on prompt engineering methodologies, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in Prompt Engineering or AI Interaction Design, with a portfolio showcasing successful optimization of LLM outputs.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Python, REST APIs, and JSON. Understanding of transformer architectures and natural language processing (NLP) concepts is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, tone, and stylistic nuances.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to deconstruct complex user requirements into actionable AI instructions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related technical field.
