Responsibilities
- Design & Refine: Craft precise and effective prompts to guide AI behavior and generate high-quality responses.
- Testing & Iteration: Analyze AI output to identify errors, biases, or inconsistencies, and propose improvements.
- User Research: Collaborate with the product team to understand user needs and translate them into technical prompt strategies.
- Data Curation: Assist in organizing datasets to train and fine-tune our language models.
- Documentation: Maintain clear records of prompt libraries and interaction logs for future reference.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Language Skills: Exceptional command of English grammar, vocabulary, and tone.
