The Role
In this pivotal role, you will not just write prompts; you will engineer the cognitive architecture of our AI systems. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to refine how our AI interprets and executes complex tasks.
Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Develop complex, multi-step prompt chains to maximize the accuracy and creativity of LLM outputs for diverse use cases.
- Model Evaluation: Rigorously test and benchmark various AI models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to identify the best performers for specific business tasks.
- Iterative Refinement: Continuously analyze AI responses, identify failure points, and implement feedback loops to improve system reliability.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive libraries of prompt templates and best practices for internal teams to utilize.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product teams to translate complex user requirements into effective AI prompt strategies.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all generated content adheres to ethical guidelines, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in using and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI tools.
- Writing Skills: Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, tone, and stylistic nuance.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex logic problems within a generative context.
- Tools: Familiarity with prompt engineering frameworks, A/B testing methodologies, and API integration (e.g., OpenAI API).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
