Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced Prompt Strategies: Design and implement complex prompt structures for LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.) to achieve specific business outcomes.
- Optimization & Debugging: Continuously refine prompts to improve accuracy, coherence, and reduce generation errors or 'hallucinations'.
- Prompt Library Management: Build and maintain a scalable library of prompt templates for various departments, ensuring consistency across the organization.
- Model Evaluation: Collaborate with data scientists to benchmark model performance and conduct A/B testing on different prompt variations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, software engineers, and content strategists to translate business needs into technical prompt requirements.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, NLP, and prompt engineering to propose innovative solutions that give us a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in copywriting, technical writing, or a related field with a focus on AI/LLMs.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of how LLMs work, including concepts like temperature, top-p, and token limits.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python is a plus; experience with API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) is required.
- Creativity: Exceptional ability to think laterally and craft precise, nuanced language that guides AI behavior effectively.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex AI output issues and iterate on solutions rapidly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related technical field.
