Responsibilities
- Develop and refine complex prompt strategies to maximize the accuracy, safety, and creativity of LLM outputs.
- Execute rigorous A/B testing and iterative loops to optimize prompt performance across various domains and use cases.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and backend engineers to integrate prompt engineering workflows directly into production pipelines.
- Analyze model failure modes and debug reasoning chains to ensure robust, predictable AI behavior.
- Create comprehensive documentation and reusable prompt libraries for internal and external use.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research to identify and implement cutting-edge prompt engineering techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in prompt engineering, specifically with GPT-4, Claude, or similar LLM architectures.
- Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript for scripting automation and API interaction.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for grammar, tone, style, and nuance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems is highly preferred.
