About the Role
In this pivotal position, you will be the architect of our AI's voice and logic. You will work directly with our research team to fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and deploy prompt strategies that drive measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Architect and refine high-complexity prompts for diverse LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Build and maintain a centralized repository of prompt templates and best practices for internal use.
- Execute rigorous A/B testing frameworks to compare prompt variations and drive conversion optimization.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate prompt logic into scalable production environments.
- Analyze user interaction data to identify bottlenecks and iterate on prompt strategies for continuous improvement.
- Train junior staff and stakeholders on the principles of prompt engineering and prompt hygiene.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or machine learning operations.
- Proven expertise in interacting with LLMs and a deep understanding of transformer architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with APIs (REST, JSON, GraphQL).
- Exceptional command of the English language, including nuance, tone, and context.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases is highly desirable.
