Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality integration
- Automate test scripts using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with real-world scenarios
- Generate detailed test reports and quality metrics dashboards
- Maintain and improve QA processes and documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development cycles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
