Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and optimize complex prompts and prompt chains for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama).
- Evaluate model outputs against predefined success metrics to ensure high-quality user experiences.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt engineering into broader AI workflows.
- Implement guardrails and safety protocols to prevent hallucinations and ensure responsible AI usage.
- Analyze user feedback to iteratively improve prompt strategies and model behavior.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and prompt engineering methodologies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in AI, NLP, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Python or another programming language commonly used with AI models.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models, prompt engineering best practices, and fine-tuning processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain or Hugging Face.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
