Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex, multi-step prompts for LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to maximize accuracy and creativity.
- Analyze model outputs to identify edge cases, hallucinations, and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt engineering best practices into production pipelines.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing on different prompt structures to improve user engagement and task completion rates.
- Develop and maintain a library of prompt templates and guidelines for internal teams.
- Stay abreast of the rapidly evolving NLP landscape and implement cutting-edge techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Prompt Engineering with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Deep understanding of transformer architecture, context windows, and tokenization limits.
- Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, tone, and stylistic nuances.
- Ability to deconstruct complex, multi-layered tasks into clear, step-by-step instructions for AI agents.
- Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for data manipulation and automation.
- Experience with fine-tuning models and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks.
