Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine advanced prompt engineering strategies for GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary models
- Develop iterative prompt optimization frameworks using A/B testing and qualitative analysis
- Collaborate with ML engineers to align prompt outputs with model capabilities and business objectives
- Create comprehensive prompt libraries and documentation for cross-functional teams
- Monitor and evaluate prompt performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.)
