Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize prompts for large language models to achieve desired outputs
- Conduct iterative prompt testing and refinement using A/B methodologies
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompt engineering into production systems
- Document prompt libraries and best practices for cross-team knowledge sharing
- Analyze model outputs to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques and industry prompt engineering standards
- Mentor junior team members on prompt optimization strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or AI model interaction design
- Expertise in GPT, Llama, or similar large language model ecosystems
