Responsibilities
- Prompt Architecture: Design, develop, and refine complex prompts to guide AI model behavior effectively and achieve specific business outcomes.
- Model Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and iterative analysis of prompt variations to improve output quality, reduce hallucinations, and enhance relevance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers and product managers to integrate prompt optimization into production pipelines and user interfaces.
- Research & Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, generative AI technologies, and industry best practices.
- Documentation: Build and maintain comprehensive libraries of prompts, templates, and style guides for the wider organization.
- Evaluation: Analyze model outputs to identify edge cases and develop strategies for handling ambiguous inputs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in AI, NLP, or software development with a specific focus on LLMs and generative AI.
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and tools like OpenAI API, LangChain, or Hugging Face.
- Creativity: Exceptional writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of tone, context, and nuance.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems and optimize system performance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field is required; Master’s degree is a plus.
