Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and fine-tune complex prompt architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-4 and Claude.
- Execute rigorous A/B testing to optimize response quality, accuracy, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists and Product Managers to define AI use cases.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive library of prompt templates and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate biases in AI-generated outputs.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Prompt Engineering, NLP, or Computational Linguistics.
- Deep understanding of transformer models, fine-tuning techniques, and prompt engineering methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with libraries like PyTorch or Hugging Face.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and tone.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug and iterate on AI systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
