Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine advanced prompts for large language models (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
- Develop prompt frameworks that optimize AI output accuracy, creativity, and safety
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompt engineering solutions into production systems
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Create documentation and training materials for prompt engineering best practices
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-related roles
- Expertise with LLMs (GPT, Claude, PaLM) and fine-tuning techniques
