Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt architectures for enterprise-grade LLM applications
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks that ensure ethical AI alignment and bias mitigation
- Collaborate with ML researchers to fine-tune model behavior through strategic prompt engineering
- Create comprehensive documentation and training materials for prompt engineering best practices
- Lead prompt optimization sprints to improve model accuracy and response consistency

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or applied NLP roles
