Responsibilities
- Design and optimize advanced prompt engineering frameworks for enterprise AI applications
- Develop reusable prompt templates for NLP and generative AI models
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize output quality
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompts with model architectures
- Create documentation for prompt libraries and best practices
- Analyze prompt performance metrics and iterate based on business KPIs
- Train cross-functional teams on effective prompt utilization techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in prompt engineering or AI interaction design
- Expertise with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) and fine-tuning workflows
- Strong background in NLP, semantic analysis, and AI ethics
