Responsibilities
- LLM Optimization: Design, develop, and refine complex prompts for various Large Language Models (GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to maximize accuracy and output quality.
- System Architecture: Collaborate with software engineers to integrate prompt strategies into larger AI workflows and application interfaces.
- Evaluation & Testing: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and output evaluation to measure the impact of prompt variations on user satisfaction and business KPIs.
- Knowledge Management: Establish and maintain a comprehensive library of prompt templates, best practices, and usage guidelines for internal teams.
- Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest developments in NLP and AI research to continuously improve our prompting methodologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, AI interaction design, or a related field.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and familiarity with APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Cohere.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field is preferred.
- Language: Exceptional command of English grammar, nuance, and style; bilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug and optimize prompt outputs.
