Responsibilities
- Design and refine complex prompt architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) including GPT-4, Claude, and Llama 2.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing to optimize prompt performance and output quality.
- Develop prompt libraries and standard operating procedures to scale AI capabilities across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to fine-tune models based on user feedback.
- Evaluate and mitigate biases in AI-generated content to ensure ethical standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in NLP and apply emerging techniques to improve system performance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Prompt Engineering, NLP, or a related AI field.
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures, tokenization, and model limitations.
- Proficiency in Python scripting and familiarity with APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
- Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail, nuance, and tone.
- Experience in A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
