Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize complex prompts to maximize the accuracy and utility of LLM outputs.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists to fine-tune models for specific industry verticals.
- Execute rigorous A/B testing on different prompt strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of prompt templates and documentation.
- Debug and analyze model behaviors to identify and mitigate hallucinations or biases.
- Integrate generative AI capabilities into scalable software architectures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI/ML development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- Deep understanding of NLP concepts, Transformer architectures, and tokenization.
- Experience using Hugging Face or OpenAI APIs for model interaction.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
