Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt architectures for enterprise-scale LLM applications
- Develop proprietary prompt engineering frameworks to maximize model accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems
- Establish quality benchmarks and iterate on prompt strategies using A/B testing methodologies
- Lead research initiatives in emergent AI capabilities including multimodal interaction design
- Document best practices and create training materials for internal AI adoption
- Maintain ethical AI governance standards across all prompt engineering workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering or advanced NLP role with proven LLM deployment experience
- Mastery of GPT, Claude, and open-source model fine-tuning techniques
- Expertise in Python, LangChain, and prompt orchestration frameworks
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Strong background in human-centered design and UX for AI interfaces
- Published research or portfolio demonstrating innovative prompt engineering solutions
