Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine advanced prompt architectures for large language models (LLMs)
- Conduct iterative prompt testing and optimization using A/B methodologies
- Create documentation frameworks for prompt engineering best practices
- Collaborate with ML teams to fine-tune model behavior through strategic prompting
- Develop evaluation metrics to measure prompt effectiveness and AI output quality
- Research emerging prompt engineering techniques and industry trends
- Train stakeholders on prompt design principles and implementation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP/AI development
- Proven track record of optimizing LLM performance through iterative prompting
- Expertise in Python and prompt engineering frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Experience with AI safety alignment and bias mitigation techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
